Biography

As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Principal at Dini Spheris, Rebecca is an active behind-the-scenes partner contributing to the administration of the firm, day-to-day business operations and long-term business development planning. In addition, she contributes to client service particularly with the clients represented by the Managing Principal. She is motivated by the desire to help her colleagues, as well as the organizations we serve. For Rebecca, everyone is a winner when they are at their best.

Rebecca has more than 10 years of administrative experience having worked as an Executive Assistant in similar roles in a variety of for profit businesses. Throughout her career, she has learned that of the most important attributes in any setting are trust and integrity. Rebecca, in her roles, has become a student of human nature. She understands that trust is dynamic, fragile and oftentimes complex requiring constant commitment, attention and patience. Starting with keeping confidence and promises, holding to deadlines, treating every person with respect and interest, and making room for a good laugh, Rebecca plays an important role in supporting our corporate culture.

Rebecca is a native Houstonian. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in International Business from the University of Houston Downtown. In her final year of studies, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Europe, where she visited Prague and Vienna and made amazing friendships with her classmates. Away from work, she dedicates her time to her four children and husband.
