Biography
Madison brings a deep-seated passion for community empowerment and a strong commitment to fostering meaningful change. Inspired by her early declaration to her father, “I want to change the world,” Madison has dedicated her career to advancing community development and educational initiatives through strategic fundraising and development roles.
Madison’s unwavering dedication to making a positive impact is reflected in her professional journey. She leverages her experience in fundraising, community engagement and project management to drive progress and support the missions of the organizations she serves.
Prior to joining Dini Spheris, in her role as Development Coordinator at Texas Generation One, Madison played a pivotal role in propelling fundraising initiatives, streamlining internal processes and communications, and leading strategic marketing efforts. She honed her project management skills and optimized team workflows at a construction company, further enhancing her leadership and organizational abilities.
Madison’s academic background is rooted in social work and community practice, with a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in entomology from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Social Work specializing in community practice from Baylor University. Complementing her academic achievements, Madison is an active member of Phi Beta Kappa’s Houston Chapter, serving as a board member and Vice President Chair for the Scholarship Committee.
