Passion for mission and a keen understanding of both the human and analytical side of philanthropy drive Natalie’s dedication to the nonprofit sector. Born and raised in the live music capital of the world and trained professionally in dance, Natalie gained a passion for the arts along with a deep appreciation for the power of nonprofit organizations to create dramatic social impact and change lives for the better.
As a lifelong learner and naturally curious person, Natalie loves a challenge and thrives when breaking out of her comfort zone. Prior to joining Dini Spheris, Natalie worked with Lyda Hill Philanthropies supporting the Better Together Fund and consulted for organizations looking to articulate social return on investment. Additionally, Natalie has engaged in strategic planning for local and international nonprofits and has published on the economic effect of the arts in rural communities.
Since joining Dini Spheris, Natalie has worked with clients in a variety of sectors and managed campaigns across the country. Natalie’s analytical skills have been utilized to conduct development assessments, community capacity evaluations and organizational benchmarking. To her clients, Natalie brings positivity, energy and expert tactics to the journey of campaigning.
Natalie holds an MBA and Masters in Arts Administration from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Dance from Baylor University. Natalie is a member of AFP Greater Dallas Chapter, featured presenter at the Center for Nonprofit Management and an active member of the Junior League of Dallas.
