Dini Spheris is excited to partner with United Way of Greater Houston to offer the Development Workshop Series: Is It Time to Refresh Your Fundraising?

In the fifth of six sessions, Leadership: Board Governance and Development Volunteers, committed volunteers play an active role in shaping an organization’s fundraising. Having the right people in the right roles enables fundraising to thrive. In this session, attendees will learn about the characteristics of the most effective board leaders, as well as key strategies staff and board members can implement together to ensure thoughtful succession planning and the board’s success.

To get the most out of this series, we encourage registrants to enroll in all six sessions, though each course may be taken individually. The cost is $20 per session.
