Guiding Your Path to Success
Dini Spheris is the latest evolution of an idea that began in 1969 in Houston, Texas. Then 30-something consultant Richard F. Dini, having led Rice University through its first successful capital campaign, decided the Southwest should enjoy the benefits of a regionally based consulting firm, so he established R.F. Dini and Associates.
In 1994, the firm became Dini Partners. Over the next 17 years, Dini Partners flourished and expanded the ranks of the firm’s owners and partners. In 2011, the firm leaders made a bold decision – the partner-owners transformed the company into an employee-owned enterprise.
Today, Dini Spheris is a name that reflects the composite strength and dedication of every employee-owner.
