2020 Development Best Practices Series Session II – Leadership: Board Governance and Development

Development Best Practices: Taking your Development Program to the Next Level

In the nonprofit sector, philanthropy makes great things possible. A strong fundraising program is a necessary ingredient for success for organizations of all shapes and sizes. Whether you’re just starting out, looking to bolster your operations or preparing for large-scale plans, this six-session series will provide practical tools to enhance your fundraising program. In each of these sessions, staff from Dini Spheris will explore the topics below based on over 50 years of the firm’s knowledge and experience.

We encourage registrants to enroll in all six sessions, though each course may be taken individually. Registrants will be given online access to a development assessment, and those who register for the entire series have the opportunity to review the results with a member of Dini Spheris in a one-on-one session for 30 minutes.

Session II: Tuesday, March 3, 2020 (9:00 am to noon)
