AFP Greater Houston July 2022 Education Session: Donor Communications in a Post-Pandemic World

The pandemic has changed the way we communicate in so many ways. Many who previously resisted using their cell phones for anything other than phone calls are now pros at texting, Zoom, FaceTime, and even TikTok! So how do nonprofits reach donors and prospects in new ways using these tools? This month’s speakers will lead a discussion on what’s working and what you might want to think about adding to your constituent communication plans.

Learning Objectives:

· Discuss best practices in donor communication and engagement

· Consider some of the tools available that you may want to incorporate into your donor communication

· Map out a plan to test some new methods of communication with your constituents

This session has been approved for 1 point of CFRE credit.
