Dini Spheris is excited to partner with United Way of Greater Houston to offer the Development Workshop Series: Is It Time to Refresh Your Fundraising?

In the second of six sessions, The Development Plan: Shaping Strategy, Goals and Actions, a development plan is part of your organization’s roadmap to success, and putting a plan to work supports annual giving, donor engagement and solicitation strategies. This session explores all aspects of a strong development plan, such as donor analysis, annual solicitation strategies, communications, cultivation and philanthropic case for support.

To get the most out of this series, we encourage registrants to enroll in all six sessions, though each course may be taken individually. The cost is $20 per session.
