In the third of six sessions, Staffing: Effective Utilization of Fundraising Employees, fundraising staff are often a key touchpoint for stakeholders. When a strong, capable staff is in place, organizations inspire confidence in donors, volunteers and beyond. During this session, department design, roles, responsibilities, recruitment, orientation and other crucial staffing concepts are discussed.

To get the most out of this series, we encourage registrants to enroll in all six sessions, though each course may be taken individually. The cost is $20 per session.
