Dini Spheris is excited to partner with United Way of Greater Houston to offer the Development Workshop Series: Is It Time to Refresh Your Fundraising?

In the fourth of six sessions, Infrastructure and Data: Ensuring Efficient Capacity, Resources and Operations, policies, procedures and practices enhance an organization’s overall fundraising effectiveness. When these parts are in place, a development program is poised for stability, growth and improvement. The key points of infrastructure and operations, including portfolios, prospect management, databases, analytics and technology are focused upon during this session.

To get the most out of this series, we encourage registrants to enroll in all six sessions, though each course may be taken individually. The cost is $20 per session.
