Biography
Lucy is an accomplished nonprofit professional with extensive experience in fundraising, customer service and administration. She is committed to delivering excellent results that foster long-term client relationships built on trust and integrity. Lucy excels at enhancing the client experience while aligning her efforts with organizational goals.
With over a decade of experience in executive administration, board management, business development, project management and operations, Lucy has worked across diverse industries, including performing arts, healthcare, disaster relief and international business. She has consistently advanced in nonprofit roles, ensuring projects are completed at the highest level of performance.
Before joining Dini Spheris, Lucy served as a Regional Philanthropy Officer at the American Red Cross, managing a portfolio of 90 foundations across the Texas Gulf Coast, and as the Assistant Director of Donor Relations at the Houston Ballet, where she managed stewardship and donor engagement programs.
Lucy’s strengths lie in her ability to drive results and efficiently manage complex operations, such as overseeing international trade missions with C-suite executives during her time as Program Manager at the Bilateral Chamber of Commerce.
Lucy holds a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s in International Business from Houston Christian University.
Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Lucy enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as indulging in her passions for movies, performing arts and travel.
