Biography
Like a good story, Mallory believes that every successful fundraising campaign begins with a bright idea, is strengthened by research and hard work, and if done right, has an impact that never ends. Fueled by a desire to do good, Mallory approaches every project with an open mind, inquisitive eye and sound work ethic.
Prior to Dini Spheris, Mallory worked as the Private Grants Development Associate for SEARCH Homeless Services. In this role, she supported SEARCH’s programs through the cultivation, management and submission of over sixty corporate, foundation and congregational grants per year, helping raise an annual $2 million for the organization. Her time at SEARCH taught her how influential nonprofits can be and inspired her desire to work with the sector on a wider scale.
A born and raised Houstonian, Mallory attended High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA) and graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Texas in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in marketing. She (literally) wears her English Lit degree as a badge of honor by always having a book in her bag.
