Congratulations to our own M. Anne Murphy for receiving the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Byron Welch Award for Lifetime Achievement.
The award was presented at the National Philanthropy Day Award Luncheon in Houston on November 19, 2015. This honor is the highest award given by the chapter to those in the fundraising profession in the greater Houston area. Anne joins the company of previous past recipient’s including such fundraising luminaries as Patrick Mulvey (M.D. Anderson Cancer Center), John Scales (Texas Children’s Hospital), Sukey Fenoglio (formerly of Houston’s Episcopal High School), last year’s recipient Betsy Clardy (UTMB Health), our retired founder Richard F. “Dick” Dini and former firm principal, Robert E Corder, and so many others. We congratulate Anne on her storied career as a fundraising professional, champion of philanthropy and truly gifted fundraising consultant!
