Frecia brings a steady, service-oriented and approachable style to complex projects, drawing on experience in nonprofit development, donor engagement and cross-functional operations. Calm under pressure and attentive to the needs of others, she is skilled at creating structure, maintaining momentum and helping teams stay aligned around shared goals.

Before joining Dini Spheris, Frecia worked in development roles with KIPP Texas Public Schools, where she supported fundraising events, donor stewardship and engagement efforts that expanded educational opportunities for students across Texas. That experience deepened her understanding of philanthropy and the importance of building lasting relationships with donors and community partners.

Frecia later broadened her project management experience in the manufacturing industry, coordinating production schedules and managing work across multiple teams. This strengthened her ability to organize competing priorities, communicate clearly and keep detailed projects moving forward with patience, flexibility and follow-through.

At Dini Spheris, Frecia supports consulting teams and clients by bringing consistency, coordination and a thoughtful presence to each engagement. She values the opportunity to contribute to work that strengthens organizations and expands their impact.

Frecia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Houston.
