Biography
Michael is a results-oriented professional with experience in fundraising strategy, donor engagement and project management. He specializes in coordinating complex projects across concurrent engagements while delivering exceptional client service. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to meaningful outcomes, Michael helps clients achieve their fundraising and strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Dini Spheris, Michael served as a Principal with a leading national political fundraising and consulting firm, where he managed fundraising operations for multiple state and federal elected officials. In that role, Michael coordinated donor meetings and events, developed strategic reports and briefing materials, cultivated donor relationships and collaborated closely with client teams to achieve ambitious fundraising goals. During his tenure, he helped raise more than $3 million across a diverse client portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Michael worked as an Account Manager with a strategic technology consulting firm, partnering with leaders to navigate complex business challenges. His clients included a diverse range of organizations, including the nation’s largest integrated energy company.
A native Houstonian, Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in strategic communications and political science from Texas Christian University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, reading fiction novels and keeping up with the latest reality competition TV shows.
