On November 3, 2015, The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio announced its $80 million Putting Children First campaign was moving into its public phase. The campaign leadership announced the success to date with $73,100,000 in advance gifts pledged to the campaign. The projects at the heart of this campaign are in part funded by a $175 million commitment from its parent, Christus Health. The proceeds of this campaign will help to fund a total renovation of Christus Santa Rosa’s historic downtown hospital and will establish endowed faculty positions for the Baylor College of Medicine faculty that are now on site. There are 170 new faculty positions.
The Campaign Cabinet is co-chaired by Suzanne Mead Feldmann, Chief Executive Officer of Goldsbury Foundation, Charlie Amato, Founder and Chairman of SWBC and Retired General Josue Robles, Jr., former President of USAA. To celebrate the early success and announcement of the campaign, The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio illuminated the exterior lights on the Hospital. The goal of the public phase is to raise the balance of funds by December 31, 2016.
We congratulate our client on this great success and are honored to be a trusted partner in this very special campaign.
